Dining Suggestions

So I have most of our trip planned out but I have an issue I can't decide on. On a day we are planning to going to HS, I need a good table service restaurant. It doesn't have to be in the park. We will be going back to the AKL for toddler nap time until later in the afternoon and then heading back to the park. So the original idea was Artist Point, but I'm afraid it will take a long time traveling with Disney transportation. And with toddlers I'd rather not spend an hour getting to Artist Point and then have to travel back to HS. So any thoughts? We have already decided no on 50s Prime Time and we've done Mama Melrose. How's Hollywood and Vine? My party consists of my wife and I, my in-laws and my two kids under three. (yes, I'm kinda crazy going with two under 3.)

I would skip Artist Point that day, agreed.

H&V is... not good? I mean, it's Golden Corral quality or so, but if the kids like Minnie it could be fun. Just have low, low expectations for the food. It's buffet, which means the kids eat off your plate, a possible bonus?

Could you do Sanaa at AKL and then return to HS, or do you have Sanaa plans another day?

I think Hollywood Brown Derby is one of the best TS on property. The only challenge is that it might be a bit boring for the toddlers. How about Sci-Fi?

Hollywood Brown Derby? If not that check out the Swolphin or Boardwalk/Yacht Beach restaurants.

Yes Sanaa is definitely planned for another day. We love that place.

We all really love Sci-Fi and the Brown Derby (Excellent cobb salad and their grapefruit cake for dessert is delicious.) Another restaurant we love is Captain's Grill in the YC. It is only a boat ride to HS.
