Dining suggestions for dinner

We’re traveling on the Fantasy in June with a couple of other families. The adults all have a beverage tasting during our regular dining time in the main dining room. What are our other options for dinner that evening? I thought I saw that Cabanas is not open yet again for dinner.

Then there's the quick service options (pizza, fried food, paninis, and salads from the Deck), room service, specialty dining if available, and a selection of appetizers from the bars (e.g., O'Gills).

When our kids were little and we had dinner at Palo we picked up quick service on the pool deck ( they have fruit and milk available also) and took it back to the cabin. The kids ate as we got ready and then we dropped them off at the kids club and we went to Palo.

You could ask your head waiter as soon as possible if they can accommodate you at the other seating for that evening. Mileage will vary based on your group size, capacity of the ship during your cruise and receptiveness of the head waiter.
