I am attending a conference Feb 14-17 at CSR and need to chose a spot for dinner one of the evenings. We are a group of 5 adults and will be going on the company's dime, so we would like to keep costs somewhat reasonable so we don't look like indulgent brats. :) Sadly that means no CA Grill for me this time! So what I am looking for is an easily accessible restaurant from CSR with a decent variety of options at a fairly reasonable cost. Any suggestions are welcome!

Assuming you want to stay out of park:
  • Maya Grill (at CSR)
  • Sanaa (at AKL)
  • Raglan Road (Disney Springs)
If your group is open to it, Raglan Road offers entertainment and a fun atmosphere for a group outing.

Yes, we are staying out of the parks that evening. Sanaa is my favorite resturant on Disney property, but I am worried that the fare may be too "adventurous" for some. Raglan Road is a nice choice, I'll see if they have availability. How is the food at Maya Grill? The convenience would be great, but it's not one of the places that you hear much about.

Raglan Road is great, that would definitely be one of my top choices! You could also try Trattoria Al Forno on the Boardwalk (which is fun to walk around after), Bluezoo is a great option near the boardwalk too (excellent food for lower prices than signatures but might still be a little high price wise , around $35-40 pp), you could also try Crews Cup Lounge next to Yachtsman or Kona Cafe for a good steak at a reasonable price.

bluezoo is technically considered signature, which is why I didn't mention it. The low priced entree on the current menu is $32. That's just the entree - no appetizers, drinks or dessert.

If you have issues getting a Raglan Road reservation on the Disney site, go on Open Table and try for one. Since they are not Disney owned you can often find more options that way!

Thanks so much for that idea! It's booked!

See that you decided on Raglan Road. Best food, best variety for those on a corporate budget. I will doing the same a week later with a couple of co-workers.
