Have to make it short bec ause my 2 yo DD is napping and trying to catch up on her sleep. Here is what I thought of the places we ate:

Fulton's: I love Fulton's. I have never had a problem there (last 3 times or so). The service was excellent. I ordered the same thing I always get: King Crab Claws and Lobster Tail. It was good, but didn't impress me. Maybe because I have gotten used to it or because I have eaten in nicer places. I don't know. It wasn't spectacular. Maybe I will try a different dish next year.

Chef Mickey's Breakfast: Wonderful! We never ate here before and had to try it. It was cute and energectic. All the food was yummy. DD's got to meet all the charcters and surprisingly my 2 yo wasn't afraid of them! Phew! My 9 yo when she was that age was scared to death of them. They did give us a 3 hr parking pass and we rode the monorail afterwards for a little bit. My only complaint is that the lady who comes out with the pictures took forever to get to our table (we were in back). She came back there 2x w/o our pics and finally I said something and she had them in her hand. I said I'd take the whole pack (to make it easier for her) and gave her my room card. DD (2) was getting restless at this point so I told the others to go. 20 mins. later I am still sitting there and asked the server if she could get her. Yada, yada, yada..finally after another 10 mins. she came back with my card.
I really loved Chef Mickey's, but I also really like O'Hana's. Both are equally entertaining, but there's more variety at Chef Mickey's.

BOMA: Boma, Boma, Boma..my 1st time there......ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!!! We went there for dinner. It's hard to describe. It's just wonderful. Loved the Boboti (sp?), peanut rice was fabulous, prime rib melted in your mouth (never had it before..I'm a filet mignon gal), I tried a lot (except the salads, there was always alot people around them). I can't remember everything I ate, but you HAVE to try this place!!! I am such a picky, picky eater, too! I enjoyed the Pineapple cheesecake and the cookies. I am not a huge fan of the Zebra domes...I don't like mocha.

Crystal Palace: Had Lunch there. Not bad. BTDT. It was OK. Last time we were there I wasn't really impressed either, but it wasn't that bad. I don't think there are a lot of TS choices in MK, but next time we may try LTT or something else. Charcter interaction was great and our server was awesome.

Artist Palatte: At SSR. Had dinner there after swimming. It was just OK. I had a Chef speical of a steak and cheese flatbread w/ garlic mashed potatoes spread on it. DH had a Chicken Ceaser Sandwich w/ tough bread and little chicken and dressing and DD's had PB & J (the ones Smuckers makes..I could have bought those myself :sad2: ). I got fountain drinks, but didn't know that you can only get refills w/ the mugs. I wouldn't buy a mug because SSR refill station is too far to walk to. I'd buy one in either BCV or BWV. They need to offer other things at this place.

Macaroni Grill:Ate dinner off property one night. Macaroni Grill is usually good. No complaints there. My 2 yo was pooped out and fell asleep with her head on the table. SO we put some napkins down as a pillow and took hers home with us. SHe was a REAL trooper on this trip!

Beaches and Cream: Had a "spur of the moment" lunch here. The host said there would be a 10 min. wait (at 11:45 am-not too bad), but actually sat us right away. Everything was delicious as usual. We had Cheeseburgers all around. I LOVE their juicy burgers! Had a vanilla coke instead of a shake because we were doing Whispering Canyon Cafe later.

Whispering Canyon Cafe: Another place we haven't been to. LOVED the hotel! We just added points on there. The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice and fun. And we are "whoop it up" kind of people..so I actually started the festivites with our server. Ummm...she wasn't that much into it..which was REALLY disappointing! The milkshakes were good. Got the Orange and chocolate. Orange is better. We also got the AYCE skillet. Not impressed. Smokey Bones BBQ and food is better. I'd go back, but maybe order something else and would DEFINTELY ask for a more fun server.

Disney Cruise-Wonder: All the food on the cruise was very, very good! And the service was even better than WDW! I won't go into great detail, but if you've never been you must try it once! I don't think I'd ever go on another cruise line after going on DCL.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write your reviews! We're going next month and eating at a lot of the same places you did. Your reviews get me even more excited about our trip! We're staying at WL too. We also went there to eat last year and said "How beautiful" - we have to stay here, so I can't wait

I also have to say, we did the Disney Wonder 3 years ago and then did a Royal Caribbean cruise last summer - what a let-down. Disney knows how to do cruising SO much better! I agree, if you haven't gone and have the means to do so, it is a MUST :cheer2:

Enjoyed reading your reviews ~ Thanx for posting.

I wasn't sure to keep the chef's mickey breakfast , but after your post I will definetely give it a try. :flower:

You're welcome! I enjoy reading posts about reviews so I thought I'd do it too. I finally got all the laundry done and unpacked my last suitcase this afternoon..so I'll have to work on a trip report this weekend! Time to start planning next vacation! Belle: Keep Chef Mickey's! I have to say that I haven't been to one character breakfast that I really didn't like. Chef Mickey's was pretty neat and I had never been inside the Contemporary before (except the monorail).

Can you tell me what they have at Crystal Palace for lunch? The menu on Deb's site makes it seem like it is just a bunch of different breads and some lunch meat, with maybe a few hot dishes also. What is it really like? Thanks!!!!

I had eaten dinner there a few years ago and it was basically the same as lunch this time. I don't remeber everything, but there was salads, cheese and meat, breads, jalapeno corn bread, a Thai dish or two (but NOT my favorites-Pad Thai or Chicken Fried Rice), Salmon with like asian curry (it was good), chicken tenders, peanut butter/jelly, fruits, mac n cheese.there was a carving station too..I can't remember much more. Actually, it's the only TS place I ever been in MK even from when I was little. If I ever go there again..it may be for breakfast. Lunch and dinner are pretty close to the same except at lunch the price is $19.99 and dinner (I think) is around $25.00/per adult. The ONLY reason I went back there was because I wanted my 2yo DD to see the Pooh characters.

pirate: Thanks for spending the time to post your reviews. It sounds like you had a great time. We are also trying WCC for the first time in October. I made an AR for my DW's 40th birthday. Hope it's fun!
