We had many fantastic meals this trip. DH and I traveled with my sister and her fiance. We had most meals together but I'm just going to include what DH and I ate since I really can't remember what they ate...sorry.

June 3rd

Lunch - CHH - DH and I each had a chicken finger basket and split a diet coke. We love CHH and it has become a tradition for us. DH always gets in line to order and I run upstairs to secure a table. Food was good and atmosphere was great as always.

Dinner - Whispering Canyon - this was a first for us. We had a great time. Our server, Candy, was terrific. We're all real hams so we get into it and she caught on pretty quickly. She made hats for all of us which was cute. We asked her to take a picture of the four of us and she yelled, family picture everyone gather around....so we had several WC servers in our pic....very cute! We all ordered the skillet and all you can drink milkshakes. The milkshakes were awesome. The food was good, not great. The guys liked it alot but they will eat anything :) The fun atmosphere made up for the medicore food so it was well worth it.

June 4th

Breakfast - Food Court at POFQ - DH had beignets and I had cereal and a croissant. All of it was really good.

Lunch - Le Cellier - this was our second time here and we just love it. DH and I each had the cheddar cheese soup, which we both loved. The pretzel breadsticks were also quite good. DH had the French Dip and I split the burger and chicken sandwich with my sister. We loved everything and the service was excellent. This is a great place to eat!

Dinner - Beaches & Cream - we got seats at the bar, which was fun. We got to observe the cooking and preparation of the sundaes, including several Kitchen Sinks!! DH and I split a burger with fruit and a plate of onion rings. The onion rings were a little over done but still good. The burger was great. We also split a Milky Way sundae which was so yummy.

June 5th

Breakfast - Cape May Cafe - this was fun because we were with my sister and her fiance, but we've had our fill of character breakfasts for a while. Note: this was our 3rd trip in 9 months and we've done at least one character breakfast each trip so we just need a break. We love them but they are $$$ and we don't always feel it's worth $45 with tip, but they fun. The food was good, hot and plentiful.

Lunch - Earl of Sandwich - we love this place....it's such a bargain. DH had the Scudetto and I had the Frenchie. Both were awesome!!

Dinner - 50's Prime Time - this has always been one of our favorite places to eat. We went in Jan. and again this trip and we have concluded that it's not the same as it used to be. The food is still very good, and that will keep us going back but the servers are not "in character" like they used to be. This time we had Cousin Kelly and she did not even attempt to "play it up." She appeared to be college aged so maybe she was a part of the college program and not comfortable with playing the role, but I think that was much of the fun and I'm really disappointed that it's changed. We observed several tables around us with different servers and they too were underwhelming. We split the fried bousin cheese which was delicious. DH had the pot roast and I had fried chicken. Both were great. We split the s'mores and they were so yummy!!

June 6th

Breakfast - Sunshine Seasons Food Court - DH and I split a cinnimon roll and a fruit cup and both were very good.

Lunch - Cantina de San Angel - DH had the combination plate and I had the nachos. We had a nice table with an umbrella overlooking the lagoon and it was so nice and relazing. The food was quite good. This was a first for us and we'd definitely return.

Dinner - California Grill - awesome meal!! My sister and I split the goat cheese ravioli and the pesto flat bread. It was delicious!! DH had the braised short ribs and he said they were woinderful. He also had the Yoshie's Sushi Sampler and he loved it. We split the strawberry festival and it was great. After dinner, we went out onto the observation deck to watch Wishes and it was perfect end to the night :)

June 7th

Breakfast - Main St. Bakery - DH and I splt the cinnimon bun and the apple turnover and both were yummy!!

Lunch - CHH - this was our final meal for this trip. DH and I split the chicken fingers basket. We love it here :)

We also had several snacks, including a chocolate croissant from the bakery in France, a Dole Whip, Mickey Bars, sundaes from Ghiradelli and plenty of water.

We loved all our meals and boy do I wish I had a Mickey Bar to snack on now :mickeybar

Hehe....we really splurge when we're in Disney but most of the time we try to eat fairly healthy :) Yes, that's me in the pic with the ears...DH and I honeymooned in WDW last Sept/Oct and had a blast :flower:

Thanx for the reviews. CHH is one of my favorites too - I could eat the Tuna Sandwich there every day!

what is the CHH?? And I love tuna...is it like a tuna salad sandwhich??? I am looking for low fat/low cal options at Disney...because I am positive the Mickey Bars are fat free :earseek:

CHH is Columbia Harbor House...it's in Liberty Square in MK. It's our favorite counter service place....the upstairs has plenty of seating and is rarely packed like the downstairs so it's a nice escape. You might want to check out the menus on www.allearsnet.com for low fat/low cal options.....most places will let you choose fruit instead of fries. HTH :)

We enjoyed a quickk dinner at CHH one night during our trip at the end of May. Kids enjoyed the chicken, dh had fish strips, and I had the tuna salad sandwich. I don't know how low-fat this sandwich is, but it sure is good. Normally, I prefer my tuna salad made with salad dressing rather than mayo...but not here. Despite large crowds in the park, this place seemed strangely empty. We had a large table next to a downstairs window. The little ones enjoyed watching folks walking by outside.
