Okay, here's the rundown:

Counter Service:
Tempo Grab & Go:
Not bad, the choices were limited but good, my son loved the flat bread pizza and the beef barley soup and the salads were very good. They had great desserts!

Flame Tree BBQ:
Ribs were excellent, chicken was okay, it was a little dry and plain for me even with the extra bbq sauce. They absolutely gave you plenty of food so no complaints there.

Sunshine Seasons (Epcot FW):
Excellent, here is what we got (there is 5 to our party) Cuban (veggie) Sandwiches which were EXCELLENT, one of DS got just a plain turkey with lettuce & tomato (they made it for him) and loved it, the other DS got just a bowl of noodles or something, he loved it. I got the fresh strawberries for dessert (very good) someone got the chocolate cake (excellent), the peanut butter brownie and cheesecakes I believe, but there were no complaints.

Typhoon Lily's (TL):
Very good, we got Chicken Wraps, Chicken Strips & BBQ Pork Sandwich with the best chocolate chip cookies!

Peco's Bill's (MK):
Best burgers in DW (imho :) )! Always very good!

Casey's Corner (MK):
Pretty good dogs, French Fries are better :)

Earle of Sandwich (DTD):
Just okay, they seemed a lot better last year. One of the sandwiches didn't have any roast beef on one side and very little on the other. They were good but definitely not great.

Table Service (and in room):

Chef Mickey's Dinner:
LOVED IT! Prime Rib was just okay, but everything else was delicious including those incredible desserts! My favorite was the Salmon and the potatoes!!

Contemporary Room Service:
Best Buffalo Wings EVAH with the exceptions of the Anchor Bar in Buffalo where they were invented. We also got Pizza, Penne with Shrimp and Angus Burger, all excellent!

Crystal Palace:
We're big fans of this place, mostly the atmosphere, it's very Disneyesque. The buffet was very good and the prime rib was excellent (although the slices were so thin you could see right through them and the Chef had no personality to speak of). The guy next to me was trying to get him to smile or something, but he was just being an...ummmm...eeyore (read between the lines ;) ). The dessert bar is lacking choices but still good. Our server was slow and overwhelmed but still very nice and we still enjoyed ourselves plus we got to watch the fireworks from the porch and the characters we had lots of fun with them!

California Grill (CR):
My oh my oh my! LOVED this dinner! Wow, what a great dinner, great server, great chef's and just an all around wonderful dining experience! We had the spicy & hurricane roll sushi, goat cheese ravioli, BLT flat bread and the lobster & hearts of palm appetizers (WOW to all!!! We couldn't finish them there was so much!) we ordered 3 filets, mahi mahi and the king salmon all perfect! For desserts it was Valrhona and Coffee all around, OMGah! Perfect ending to the perfect meal. It was just beautful, honestly it was. There was a British couple at the bar who apparently was watching our table (we had 9:20 PM reservations) and when I took the kids to the bathroom after dinner (dd 14 & ds's 10) they approached my dh and told him how well mannered our children were and it was nice to see such well behaved children eating a "proper" meal and enjoying it (I love that phrase "proper meal" my friend is english and her family uses it all the time, it means sit down dinner to us Americans, lol). They also stopped us on our way back from the bathrooms to once again compliment the children to their faces and it just and it just made me so proud! We also got to meet each chef who cooked each part of our meal (the server took us over on our way out without even asking it was fabulous) they were just the nicest most talented people we've met in Disney, kudos to all of them there! This is a dining experience I would repeat in a moments notice, well worth the 2 dining credits or the money, either way, fabulous!

Chef's de France (Epcot WS):
This was our substitute restaurant due to TeppenEdo being closed. It was fine, it's not our type of food but we wanted to try something different. Lovely restaurant and decor, I must say. My DD & DH got the Lobster Bisque, I got the Onion Soup and DS's got just cheese flatbread (no mushrooms) the server got a kick out of that, don't know why but she did :confused3 lol anyway they were all very good but one DS didn't like the flatbread so he exchanged it for a salad. For dinner it was pork chop (good but a little dry) roasted chicken (dh liked it) the veggie lasagna (dd she liked it) shrimp & scallops (ds he liked it) macaroni & cheese (ds, didn't like it) she (our server)was going to exchange it for something else but we said no, we'll just share our chicken & pork with him. It was all okay, however, dd & I got the chocolate tart for dessert and it was EXCELLENT, one of the best desserts we've ever eaten, honestly, it was delicious! The boys got the apple crepe and vanilla ice cream in the pastry, they loved them. Disney sure does know how to do desserts that's for sure!

Ohana's Character Breakfast (Poly):
This was surprisingly very good! We weren't sure how it was going to be, never done it before, but it was very very good. They had fresh fruit (yummy) and some sticky type of bread/rolls, also yum, then they served a big platter of Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Sausage and YUMMY potatoes, don't know what they're called but they're darn good! Then they brought over Mickey waffles, wahoo... :yay: Oh and let's not forget the kona coffee :thumbsup2 I didn't eat much but tasted at least a bite of everything it was very very good and would definitely not only recommend this, but would do it again. The characters were Pluto, Mickey, Lilo & Stitch very cute.

Hollywood & Vine (MGM):
Very good! As usual, this is one of our favorites! I remember a day when no one wanted anything to do with it, wish it was still that way so we could get in easier, ;) I kid, I kid! No, very good meal, desserts...again excellent! Snickers cheesecake and those little chocolate mousse desserts in the chocolate cups, oh yummy! I actually ate 2nds at this buffet  lol

Coral Reef (Epcot FW):
Okay just a little side note here, had nothing to do with the meal, but they were running about 20 minutes behind on reservations (this was my birthday dinner btw :goodvibes ) well I went up about 25 minutes after our reservation just to see how much longer (the kids next to us were getting restless and they were starting to scream :scared: ) well they said about another 10 or 15 minutes, I said to myself (huh?) then she said, nope, it's right now! So I went back to our waiting area and saw two hosts walk down that area one called out a party name and the other one and I swear to God, looked at her clipboard and looked around (I saw her do this earlier too and said to my husband, do they have pictures of the people on their cards, how do they know who their looking for they're not calling out names?) so she looked around then walked back towards the front, then a guy came down and called out a name and I walked back up to the front and saw the same woman looking around at people then walk outside, so I asked them again, if they maybe gave the wrong name and they said, no someone has your table. They started asking the hosts when finally sunshine came in from outside and they asked her and she said "yeah I have them why?" they all looked at each other. I said you came down where we were and didn't call any name, just looked around and she said and I quote "well miss .... here's your name now, your table is read, if you want it, come with me" excuse me Rita, what did you say? "your table is ready, no I didn't call out any names, but if you want it you can have it, btw, happy birthday" Umm...whoa....we followed her to our table and just brushed her off (dh was ticked at how truly ignorant she was to us and was going to get the manager, but we decided to just roll it off and have a good dinner) our server Chris ROCKED, he was fabulous! We had a beautiful dinner, that consisted of lobster soup, cod cakes (oh yeah) and the sea and land (shrimp & beef) delicious! Dinner consisted of NY Strip Steak, Shrimp Pasta, Mahi Mahi and King Crab Legs all EXCELLENT! Then for dessert, they had a beautiful chocolate mousse birthday cake for me with chocolate filled rasberries and gorgeous strawberries all excellent!! This dinner was special and the kids (and us too) loved the divers and the fish and the sharks, the entire atmosphere (with the exception of the not so lovely Rita) it was perfect! Highly recommend! :thumbsup2

Okay saved the WORST/UGLY for last:

SciFi Dinner Disaster, I mean Theater:
The kids & I had lunch here before and it was okay, but this time we all had dinner and if I could honestly warn the world about this place I would. I wish we just had counter service at Pizza Planet, this place had nice atmosphere but the food is just plain out GROSS. My son got sick on his pasta and shrimp, my other son couldn't eat his steak it was so tough he couldn't chew it, mine went back because it tasted bad (I nearly broke the knife trying to cut it) and I didn't want anything to replace it and the chef (who was SOOO sweet) came out and wanted to cook me a plain steak with just salt & pepper and she insisted so I said okay and although it was better, it's just the cut of meat, it's horrible, but I prentended it was okay so not to make her feel bad, it wasn't her fault. The potatoes were raw and crunchy so we asked for fries and my dd's chicken sandwich was just okay. I could go on and on about the bad food but I will say the desserts were very good. Our waiter had a tough time with a family who brought in 2 little tired, cranky little girls who were very bratty. They made a family move from a car so they could sit in it and the family just wanted the little girl to stop screaming so they moved! The little girl knocked my DH's drink of the server's tray all over her and her dad and the waiter never gave my dh a drink, he just completly forgot, he was so over whelmed with them. We just wanted out, that is why when he asked why I didn't eat my meal I didn't want to say anything and kept insisting that I didn't want anything to replace it but he felt so bad he wanted to compensate, we didn't blame him one bit. It's just a BAD BAD BAD BAD place to eat, I wouldn't eat here again if you paid me (and if it weren't already for free, I would have written for my money back! lol) No, really it was horrible and as you can see by my review we are not that picky! Thumbs down, stay away, no make that RUN away from this place!

Okay so there you go folks, all and all it was a very good dining experience and we had minimal bad meals and many many good ones!

Hello.....thanks for the great reviews........I have placed this over here on the review board........so everyone can enjoy it.......thanks again

Oh thanks Pumba, didn't even realize! :)

Thanks for taking the time to write up your reviews. I really enjoyed reading them, especially now that I am counting down the days to WDW (just 19 to go)!:hippie:

thanks for the reviews! I am considering O'hana for breakfast on my next trip, so I appreciate your review. Sounds yummy!

Thanks for the review. We will be dining at Coral Reef,Hollywood & Vine, and Chef Mickey's (giving it another try) this December :cool1:

Enjoyed reading your reviews, thanks for posting.

Enjoyed the reviews--sounds like Coral Reef needs to adjust it's seating policy.

Thanks everyone, we really did have great meals and the scifi didn't ruin it for us just disliked that food so much we won't be going there again. I believe the lunch is better, it's more like burgers and stuff.

sah95, I believe you're going to love all those restuarants, we certainly did! O'hana's was a pleasant surprise, the breakfast food was really good and since this was our only "proper" breakfast, we really hit the nail on the head with it! It's fun for the kids too, they had a parade and stuff, very cute :)

Those of you who have upcoming trips and have something planned at TeppenEdo, PLEASE post a review, I am dying to hear all about the new restaurant!

Great reviews. The only thing I might disagree with is that the best wings in Buffalo are not at the Anchor Bar -- they're at Duffs.

Thanks for a great review. SciFi seems to do simple much better than anything else. SOunds like a miserable meal with screaming kid (shudder)

Coral Reef seating is a tad crazy isn't it? Glad it ended well

Ahhh....the great debate, yes Duffs are great too, but I'm an Anchor Bar woman, lol.
