Let me start off by saying that I don't take good pictures and realized I didn't focus enough on the food. You will see my family in some pictures and you may have to squint to see the food  Plus, my boys made alot of goofy expressions so I won't bother to post those pictures. Because of this, I don't have too many to share. I am computer illiterate and am having problems posting them. It looks like you can click on the one picture and then access the rest from there on photobucket. Here goes...

8/8-The Wave(noon adr)
We well exceeded that time since we had problems with our check-in but it was no problem taking us about 1 hr. later. We had a waitress named Lisa. She was excellent!! We all started with an appetizer. My husband had the chili which he loved, I had the crab cake which was delicious, and my two boys had the chicken wraps which they didn't really care for. My husband ate the rest. For lunch we had the chefs salad, cheeseburger, chicken sandwich, and whatever the fish of the day was. We all had smoothies and shakes. My one son did not like his shake, so the waitress brought a different one for him to try at no extra cost. All in all, this was a pretty good meal. The total came to $184 with tip. We did not pay for this meal for it was complimentary from BLT because of problems we had in check-in(I posted a trip report concerning this)
8/8-Garden Grill-dinner
This again was a good meal. I had asked if we could also have chicken nuggets and mac & cheese since my boys loved this. Our waiter said No problem and brought a huge platter of both plus some french fries :)

8/9-LeCellier-lunch
Again, a good meal. My one son loved the cheddar cheese soup. We had the shaved prime rib sandwich and cheeseburger.

8/10-Mama Melrose's-lunch
Fast service and all had flatbread pizzas.
8/10-Boma-dinner
Loved this meal. The frunch was delicious and the cream of potato and bacon soup was to die for.

8/11-Liberty Tree Tavern-lunch
Pot roast, Pilgrims feast and chicken pasta were all very good! My husband got the ooey gooey toffee brownie for dessert. I'm still upset that they got rid of the sweet biscuit in the berry shortcake and now is some other type of cake.
Dinner-we were to eat at San Angel Inn but cancelled after noticing they changed their menu. I let them know of my disappointment and wondered why they didn't have tacos, burritos, enchiladas, etc. HELLO- this is a Mexican restaurant-most changes included fish??
We ended up eating at the Sunshine Seasons in the Land Pavilion

8/12-Yak & Yeti-lunch
had beef and broccoli, honey chicken, and chicken low mein. We enjoyed our meal but was disappointed when they didn't accept my TIW card.
Sci-fi-dinner- All the guys got the ribs and I had the chicken sandwich. We do this restaurant every trip for it's tradition. Their food has never been the greatest but we all had to admit that our food was very good this time and we had a great waiter.

8/13-Kona Cafe for breakfast
First time eating here. We got the Big Kahuna(which my son couldn't finish) and the Tonga toast. I had heard so much about this I wanted to try it. It was good but a little too sweet for me. Probably would not get again.
dinner-Cape May Cafe- We loved this place. We had done it one other time too. This day, though, it decided to pour and walked from Future World through the World Showcase. We were drowned rats by the time we got there. The mashed potatoes were soooo good.

8/14-Chefs de france for lunch
My son got the toasted ham and cheese which he loved, my other son and I got the chicken crepe which was o.k. and my husband got the angus burger. A nice experience and Remy came around almost immediately after we were seated. One reason I booked here :)
We ended our last day with the MK fireworks dessert party. I would do this again in a heartbeat. We arrived about 30 min before and already there was a long line. No big deal since they assign you a table. Our table had a nice place card with our name on it along with some Disney sequins sprinkled on it. You could them immediately go PIG OUT!! I must have had at least a dozen desserts and couldn't do anymore. The mango shooters and chocolate mousse, and choc. covered strawberries were my favorite. About 20 min. before the fw started, we stood along the railing. Tinkerbell flies right over your head.
This was our ending to a week at Disney and have to say that all our dining experiences were good. Any questions, please feel free to ask

Sounds like you guys had some great meals. I read about your difficulties with the BLT and changing rooms. Glad to see Disney comping your lunch at the Wave.

Your pictures of the desserts at the MK Wishes Dessert party are great. Those mango shooters do look good.

Great reviews and pics! Which entree would you say was the best at Yak & Yeti? I am torn between trying the beef & broccoli or chicken lo mein.

I've eaten at Yak & Yeti twice now. Both times I got the beef and broccoli. It is very good and filling. My son who got the low mein loved his entree also.

thanks for taking the time to report. We are eating at the garden grill for the first time in oct. so glad to see you like it. plus, glad to know about the chicken _ I know that is what my ds will want. He is considered an adult for the dp but will want the kids food there.

:thumbsup2 Nice review,:thumbsup2 even with no food porn:lmao:

Agree about the tonga toast...it's something everybody's gotta try but it was too sweet for us too. Three of us shared one order and still couldn't finish it.

The Big Kahuna...now we can clean that one up:woohoo:

I have been to WDW alot. However, never tried TToast. I am going solo in Oct 4th--11th. WILL get a DOLE WHIP. I have ressies at Citricos, Wave, Teppan Eco, Artist Point, Jiko, Flying Fish, and Woofgang Puck. My family and I went in March of this year and the WORST meal of that trip was hands down RAINFOREST. Won't make that mistake again.

I wanted to get a Dole Whip this last trip since I'd never tried one before. The one time I came upon it, my family was in a hurry and the line was real long. Maybe someday...
