Wow - have taken a year off from Disney - things sure do change! We are planning our late December trip and I'm trying to figure out everything that has changed since the last time we went. I'm looking at getting Dining reservations and because we'd like Be Our Guest reservations - I'm having to figure out how to get a hard to get dining reservation. The last time we needed dining reservations - we just called the phone number and got what we wanted because nothing was hard to get, now, apparently, I need to be on line at 6:00 a.m. to try to get BOG for a latter day in our trip.

Today I was playing around with the on-line dining reservation site to see what I'll need to have available the morning I try for reservations - it asked for login and password, can I use my DVC member site log-in information? That's the only login I know that I have through Disney. What other information will be asked for other than dining requests?

Sorry to have so many questions - we don't usually go during busy times and don't usually need dining reservations 180 days out.

I had to register for MDE and link my DVC reservation in order to get 180+10 access. I haven't been able to do dining just with my DVC log-in. Rather, I log into DVC, then click on dining, then click on MDE and sign-in separately for it. A bit annoying, but it'll do.

YMMV.

Would our login passwords for My Disney Experience the same as our DVC login info?
