I have a different hotel booked on-site for the beginning and end of our stay. Does the dining window for the first stay automatically include the stay after we switch hotels or do I then have to wait for the second stay's window to open up?

I’m not sure how this will work with the new 60 day window. I haven’t had a split stay yet during this new timeline. But I believe you may have to make reservations each day for your stays seperately.

So far it seems to function the same as before. You can book for your whole reservation (up to 10 days) beginning on the first day. I just wasn't sure if the system is smart enough to know that the second reservation is an extension of the first. It is well within that 10-day window.

It's the same as it's been pre-Covid. You will have a separate window for each stay.

Thank you. That's kind of what I thought but was hoping it wasn't. We really wanted to do Chef Mickey's on our last morning, but since that is only a 1 night booking, there's no way.
