Dining Reservation Question

This seems like something that's been asked and answered numerous times, but I can't find the answer. We're going from August 19 - September 1. Our 180 day window was 3 days ago. The online dining reservation system isn't letting me book through the first 10 days of our trip. And when I called, the CM acted like I was nuts thinking that I could do that. Has something changed?? We're not doing the dining plan, but we do have a resort reservation.

ALSO, I know you can only book for the first 10 days of your trip, so when does the window open for me to book the last 4 days? Do those have to be exactly 180 days, with no bonus time for being a resort guest?

Nothing has changed as far as I know. There is a Site wide upgrade that was going on today, that could have something to do with the trouble. As long as you have a Disney Resort Reservation Number/Confirmation Number, you should be able to book up to 10 days worth of ADRs

It looks like your 180 day was Feb 21 so you should be able to book the 180 + 10 at this point (actually the first 12 days of your trip since you're 2 days past the 180 day mark.) Online you will be asked to input your resort reservation number to make the dining reservations.

Tomorrow you should be able to make reservations for the 13th day of your trip, the day after for the 14th day, etc.

If you can't make your reservations online you can call and (hopefully) get a more helpful CM.

Yeah, I'm on the phone with them, and there's clearly a problem. They are looking into it.
