dining reservation on website

does anyone have problems viewing their ADRs online?? once I make them and want to see them in my log in account .. it always says they are experiencing difficulties.. is this normal? I have yet to see my list online.
 
After I made mine online I had to do "find missing reservation" to see them. Now they are all there.
 
Got the same message last night. I had to log out and log back in, and once I did that, they were all there. :confused3
 

Along time ago I got that same message, but some awesome poster told me to clear all my "cookies" and it did the trick.

It will not allow me to cancel whatsoever, and I have cleared cookies, logged out, etc.

The system is absolutely bonkers!

I used to swear by the online system, but it now says each and everytime that I am on it, that they are having trouble displaying reservations. Really?!?

Ummm.... I just pulled mine up no problem. Although after I put in my password I did have to type in the number of one of the ADR's at which time all of my ADR's came up --- so I think the system is okay. Maybe try clearing your history or a computer clean up or something if you've already tried clearing cookies. I wish I could rememeber the exact instructions, but if you search the forum, it would probably show this topic where the poster was so helpful to all.

The same thing was happening to me and I read on here to update your profile. I couldn't get that to work in Firefox so I tried it in IE and just updated a couple of little things. I logged out and back in using Firefox and all of my reservations have been there ever since.

Thanks. I'm pretty sure I tried that already, but I'll try again.

I have multiple computers around here, and this has done it on 2 of them, so I am inclined to think it's the system itself, but I will try it on one of the other computers just to see.

Except that others of us can access it no problem. I would think we wouldn't be able to if it was the system that was down.

No, I'm pretty sure the system is a problem.

Just tried it on 2 other computers and got the same error message as before, as well as the following, right below my resort reservation details (which incidentally show up just fine):

Unable to display dining reservations. Please try back later to see any existing reservations.

System is definitely weird - used to be really weird for us DVC members, and there was a thread about it again the other day, so maybe that's it?

Thank you so much, this solved the problem for me :) They weren't all there, but I was able to retrieve them with my confirmation numbers after I updated my profile info.
