Dining Reservation Hours

Does anyone know the hours you can call in to make a dining reservation? I know you can call into the WDW dining line and ask to get transferred to the Paris dining line.

I found this for general guest services, but that is a different number than the dining line:

Booking Office opening hours (Paris time):
Monday to Friday: 9am to 8pm
Saturday: 9am to 7pm
Sunday: 10am to 6.30pm

the number I have used is
+33 160 30 40 50 that is the Disneyland Paris Dining Reservations in France. I only ever phone during Paris business hours
