Dining reservation change

Hi everyone! Will be at Disneyland in ONE week!! I'm no stranger to it, but do have one question. I made a reservation for 3 at the Plaza Inn for a character breakfast yesterday. My sister and I will be attending for sure, but my friend (local to Cali) came back and said she might not be able to meet us in time. I want to keep the option of having her join us, but will Disney penalize me if two of us show up instead of 3? Thanks for the help!
