Dining Question

I am in the process of making our ADR's for our November trip to AKV-Kidani. When we booked this trip we made it for me, DW and DD32. Well low and behold DD now have a boyfriend and they seem to be getting kind of serious (do miracles never cease ). Anyway, I don't know now if DD will be going with us in November and even if boyfriend tells her to go ahead and go with us, I had told her she would have to buy her own park pass and I know good and well she won't have the money for that (she is a school teacher and money is always tight with her). So I would say there is a good chance she won't be going with us after all. So my question - should I make my ADR's for 3 or for 2. Is it better to make a ressie for 3 and change it to 2 or make it for 2 and change it to 3 just in the off chance she does end up going with us. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Better to make it for 3 and show up with one less. At the credit card hold places, though, make sure you cancel the required time in advance so you don't run any risk of being charged a penalty (unlikely when you show up and are just 1 short, but just in case). Or don't make reservations for any of those places. That's the only complication I can think of - for the others, I think you will be fine.
