Dining plans with Indirect Points

Can you buy a Dining Plan if you have indirect/resale points only? If so, what is the costs?

Yes, that is offered by Disney dining and has no connection to DVC or any restrictions. I'll have to look for a post on the prices though

You can add a dining plan to any and all DVC points reservations.
