Hi Guys,
We're leaving in about 3 weeks and I have made several dining plans (according to my touring plans) however, I am wondering if we should make ps's (or are they reservations at us/ioa) or will it be empty enough where we wont need them. Here's what I have reserved so far:
dinner with shamu at seaworld Tues 12/7
Emerils Tchop Tchop Wed 12/8
Emerils Orlando Fri 12/10

Do you guys think I need to make reservations for:
Margaritaville (first night dinner)
Mythos (lunch on first full day-its monday 12/6)
Islands Dining Room character meal (RPR) dinner 12/6
Confisco Grill Character Breakfast (Tues 12/7)
HRH Kitchen (dinner 12/9)

I also have Breakfast and Lunch free on Thurs 12/9- any suggestions on where to go? Im with my parents (ages 67 and 70- dad will be in ECV) my brother and his wife (ages mid 40s) their daughter (age 8 months) myself and my husband (40s) and our 3 kids- dd 10, ds 8, ds 4.
Thanks!
NancyL

We didn't need ressies for Confisco's, Mythos, or The Kitchen, but better safe than sorry.

I can't help you with the Islands Dining Room, but JBM doesn't take ressies. I think they take PS requests. Sometimes they don't take PSs if there's a private party going on or if it's peak season (we couldn't get them during spring break). Don't forget that your room key (if you're staying on-site) gets you priority seating as well. Don't try to go as soon as the parks get out, or immediately after, and you shouldn't have any trouble at JBM.

Have fun.
