Dining Plan?

During slow times Disney includes the Dining Plan for free wiht packaged vacations...does anyone know if DVC members ever get the option for a free/reduced Dining Plan?

Never, never, never. Free dining is just a plot by Disney to fill up the room when kids have gone back to school or it's hurricane season. They don't do it to be nice. You must purchase a package through DRC that includes the room at rack rate and tickets for all guests staying on the package. Since you don't pay rack rate for your DVC villa, you are not entitled to free dining.

But if you choose to , you can call DRC and reserve a room at rack rate and purchase the free dining package.
