Dining Plan vs TIW

I found in a thread a while back (or at least I think) a google search that took me to a excel spreadsheet that compared the DDP vs TIW. Can anyone help me get back to that?

I believe that most restaurants that take TiW also give a DVC 10% discount. If going to resaurants that do, you would have to spend more than $1000 on meals for TiW to beat a straight DVC discount.

Not most but many will do either DVC or AP discounts or both though often they are far more limited than TIW such as only at lunch or on weekdays.
