Dining plan question

I've read several posts about sharing meals on the plan which we plan to do some just to save credits for later in the week.

But does anyone know if you can pay separately for a child and use your TS credits for adults at the same meal?

We're eating at Biergarten one night and doing the Fantasmic package at H&V another -- both are buffets -- but because the child's buffet is much less expensive at both places than the Hoop de doo later in the week, we thought we'd pay for a child's buffet and save the credits for the show. Will that work?

That should be fine to do, but you should ask your server before you do it so that the bill can be separated out. Before you leave additional tip for the child's food double check to be sure that an 18% gratuity is not already added as well.
