Dining Plan Package

When you book the free dining plan how much do you have to pay down and do you have to use a credit card? Thanks in advance.

$200.00 deposit with the balance to be paid 45 before the reservation date. I suppose you could use a debit card. A CC is probably safer.

Right now the deposit has to be on a Disney visa. After this is opened up to the public I assume you could use a debit card.

I called today to change my existing ressie from December to September to take advantage of the free dining plan. They gave me no problem and I don't have a Disney visacard. Maybe it makes a difference that I already had money put down on an existing ressie.
