My family - myself, husband and two kids (5 & 7) and elderly in laws are going to disney in 5 weeks and I'm debating doing the quick service dining plan. My in laws do not eat much and my mother in law has some dietary issues. I was thinking of getting it just for the four of us. Is it worth it?

If you're all on the same reservation, all of you have to get the same plan.

The QS plan is very difficult to get full value from even with kids.

Do all of you want a dessert with EVERY meal (mind you, QS desserts are mostly prepackaged things)? Do all of you want soda/coffee/tea with your meals?

At $37 for adults, you need to "spend" $16 at each meal and get a $5 snack to break even.

Take a look at menus at allearsnet.com to see if that fits the way you WANT to eat.
