I think that the change will not affect the majority of people who enjoy the DDP. Most use the plan the way it was intended, and consider that it is well worth the money. If a CM allows an additional benefit, they consider it a little , something like a free upgrade in a resort. A nice gift, but not something to plan on or to expect.
