Dining plan/infant/ character meals

We will be on the Dining plan.......and bringing our infant with us.....he will only be 2 months old (we are going for a family reunion) will I have to pay for him out of pocket to attend character meals?..he will obviously not be eating.

Also when I called and made our ADR's I asked if I needed to include him in the reservation count 4 peaople instead of 3 and they told me no, then when I called today they said that I needed to bump all ADR's from 3 people to 4........most of them they where able to because they had a 4 seater table reserved for us but some ADR's they could not add another "person" to.....I decided to keep the ADR's anyways and hope for the best because we are there in a week......he will be in a sling or held anyway.....
I am pretty sure that I know the answer to this question just want to be sure.

Yep.. even my 2 1/2 year old was free!
