Can dining plan credits be used for any of the grand gatherings events listed below?

International Dinner and IllumiNations Dessert Reception
Magical Fireworks Voyage
Safari Celebration Dinner
Good Morning Gatherings

-International Dinner and IllumiNations Dessert Reception
-Safari Celebration Dinner
-Good Morning Gatherings

It appears to be updated from when I downloaded it about a month ago and includes those 3 grand gathering experiences (but not Magical Fireworks Voyage).

ALSO, they require 2 TS credits!
