Dining Plan change?

Hello! I am new to the boards, so forgive me if this has been covered already but I just got my AAA brochure which states:

1 Table service meal may be exchanged for 1 Character Dining Experience(Beginning February 2006 all meals, including Character Dining Experiences at Cinderella's Royal Table, will require 2 Table service meals)

This is confusing to me. Does this mean Character Meals will be 2 table service credits or ALL meals?

I think it means that all meals at Cinderella's Royal Table, including the Character Meals there, are 2 credits.

It's that particular location that is going to 2 credits.

It is confusing wording. Msmayor got it right. They are just saying that eating at CRT (with or without characters) will require 2 credits.

Definitely could have been worded better.
