Dining Pin - And computer froze

Had a dining pin that I was going to book tonight....
expires today and I got through with everything.... until the submit...
then it says "having technical problems" and call in.
Well it's after 10PM and they don't answer.
Also I had put in info earlier today... all the value resorts had rooms.
at about 9:45 (before computer froze and credit card in hand) it said "
NO ROOMS AVAILABLE... what should I do
I'm a BAD MOTHER...

(sorry for the vent... but we were having a really bad year here (medical, college search etc. and could use a little pixie dust)

I would call them tomorrow morning and see what they said. If it was the website fault I would think they honor it. Good luck!

I didn't know CRO closed at 10PM EST on Saturday
Since we've never stayed at the Values I was dragging my feet since the "bottom line" $$ seemed very high for a 6 night holiday and we're still sitting on many days of unused tickets (all of which are hoppers)
Looking at that $$ and adding in the airfare (which I thought was OK) this budget trip will cost almost $2K for less than a week.
Anybody have some tips how I can approach CRO

If it was me I would not book the dining plan but just get a room only with a discount and use the tickets you have. I am not sure when you are going so not idea what the room would cost. I also do not know how much your air is, so not sure how much of the $2K is left over for the 6 hotel nights and food.

we paid $450 for air...
going on 5/23 - 5/29 so All Stars is $109 and goes up to $125 last 2 nights. Our flight gets in late on Monday -- 10:30PM if we don't go standby so the food we get will be added on ... might have too much
Can get Sheraton Safari for $89... so saving $20 night on room but would have to pay for parking at park (they have shuttle service if we want) but I have a rental car lined up for $120 just in case. Also plan on doing water park one day... think I was getting sticker shock on ticket prices... the tickets we have are old ones that have hopper option options and also we have loads of plus (waterpark feature) on others.
The package price for the 2 of us is $1253 and it's a bit dear for our budget... BUT I PROMISED my daughter... it's been a rough year.
Sheraton would be $600 plus rental car and then tickets (old or new ones).

How bad are Allstars?

If its a choice go with Pop Century. The All Stars aren't bad at all, in fact most kids really like them because they are more theme-park oriented. I wouldn't go into a 2,000 investment with the "how bad is it" attitude, think positive, and it will be a lot of fun!!

think like any roadside motel with a disney touch. I have had problems with rooms being a bit off but disney is super quick to fix it, but it took forever for them to bring my luggage up when i requested it (over an hour) during a very slow time of year (two weeks pre presidents day). All and all it was exactly what i expected but look up some info and be certain to request a good building some buildings are off in no mans land! (but better than staying in a pirate room at CBR). We have stayed CBR, all stars, pop, animal kingdom, boardwalk, SSR my favorite was SSR just loved the look and feel of it... i liked Pop alot more than all stars because of it not sharing busses with the all stars it isn't terrible just remember you get what you pay for! i have paid 40$ for similar looking/feeling rooms and the walls are so thin i could hear everything... i suggest bringing a noise maker or fan with (i use the white noise app on my iphone).
