I have to watch closely what I eat for the next couple months as I'm trying to correct a digestive disorder. I have to stick with fresh seafood, chicken, veggies, low carbs, low sugar...no fried foods, spicy, tomato based or rich foods. It's what I have to do but it's really not as bad as it sounds. Please tell me about the restaurants in Hilton Head. Will I have a problem dining out or should I make plans to cook in the room?

You won't have any trouble eating healthy at HHI. Almost all of our favorite places have healthy options......we eat at Sea Shack, Roastfish & Cornbread, Marley's and Kurama....all have seafood. Go to www.hhidining.com and check out menus. I would plan on doing breakfast and lunches in/from your room, tho. You could always grill some chicken breasts to eat for lunch. Enjoy.

I don't think you will have a problem at all in HHI!! Loads of seafood restaurants and other fresh options on menus down there.

I have been there several times and you will not have a problem finding any type of food. Lots of different kinds of good restaurants.
