Dining dilemma at HS- which would you do?

Choosings meals for our days at Hollywood Studios is always a challenge, as we don't enjoy many options there. We'll be on the reg DP, and were planning on doing breakfast OOP at Cape May, snacks, then FDP at MM. Second HS day would be CS lunch (maybe Fairfax Fare?), Cape May dinner, then late night at HS. DD8 just requested Sci Fi, instead of Cape May bkfast. She's a big character junkie, so I don't know if this is going to stick. Looks like Sci Fi would be cheaper OOP (with no deserts/appy)... Would you do an early lunch at Sci Fi on the first or second day, or just stick with the breakfast? We are also doing Chef Mickey's, Akerhaus, CP this trip...but are used to many more character meals. Been to Sci Fi once before, it was ok. Been to Cape May twice, very good as far as breakfast goes. Thoughts?
