Definitely possible. I usually try to be proactive about it by letting our server know early on what ‘mode’ we are in, whether that’s hoping to be done in X amount of time or how nice it is to relax and unwind from the parks. As long as your expectations are within reason the servers usually appreciate the heads up. It’s not always easy to tell which customers are in a hurry and who’d be upset if the meal felt rushed.
Like in this case I’d let them know we’re ready to order right from the start, and at the end of them taking the order I’d say we’re hoping to be done within 45 minutes or so. When the food arrives I’d let them know they can drop the check anytime (as long as you already have everything you need). Most servers don’t mind because turning tables over quickly usually results in more money to be made.
Hopefully you can finish in 45 minutes but I’d cushion for 1 hour. The most common issue we run into with WDW ADRs is not getting seated until 10 or 20 minutes after our ADR time, even when showing up 15 minutes early.
