I've just downloaded the DING! application hoping to get a real cheap flight sometime during the school break over Christmas/New Years. My kids have way more than enough toys/clothes, etc that they really do not need/have any room for anything else! and I thought maybe a 3 or 4 night trip to Florida would be a great alternative. Anyone remember if there have been such deals during that time in previous years? Are the DING! fares usually a last minute thing? I've noticed posters mentioning Flint but Flint wasn't an option in the set-up screen to choose. Does it come up when you pick Detroit as your home airport?
