DING! Troubles

I'm asking this for a friend.

He has Southwest's DING up and running. It DINGS for him but when he goes to click on the link, nothing happens. Anyone had this problem and what can you do. He says that the Help function there is useless.

I was just having trouble with mine. Have them check for browser issues....type Ding.southwest.com in the browser search, if the FAQ page comes up its fine. Also check the computers date and time, that was my problem, it was off. Once I fixed the date and time everything was OK! Good Luck! SW said great Dings are going to be released for the 4th of July!
