Ding Communication Error Help!

I have tried to uninstall and reinstall several times with the same error upon finish. It has the exclamation on top of the icon. It used to work fine and I don't know the problem now. I have windows XP which should not be the problem since it worked before. I have already right clicked and selected connect now and that did not work either. Any suggestions??

I have to disable my Norton Firewall, then do the Connect Now. Within a few seconds the ! goes away and I get communiciations.

I just wish there was some way I could get dings at work. My company will not allow downloads.

when you get tha error....

sometimes if you stop the program and restart it, the error goes away....at least that is what happens on our computer

I just right click on the ding icon and then click connect now and it goes away. Takes all of 2 seconds. No problem!
