When we go to WDW in June, I was thinking of doing something special as it will be our last family trip before DD starts college. I'm thinking of either a tour or maybe a special dining experience. I was looking at the Dine with an Imagineer program and that might be interesting since we are all big Disney fans. The one problem is I took a look at the menu (http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/dining/diningdetail.cfm?restaurant.id=438) and it wouldn't work for my family at all. Between my wife's seafood allergy and my vegetarian daughter, and the fact that none of us eat red meat, we'd be spending $200 to have bread and dessert.
I know Disney is good with food allergies and such so I'm wondering how much flexibility there is to this menu.
