Dine with an Imagineer at Citricos--what is the menu?

I know it is 4 courses--does anyone know what the actual food is? Do you have any choices? I am allergic to shellfish, and just really don't like any fish or seafood, but I will eat just about anything else. Thanks!

We did this several years ago at Hollywood Brown Derby and had several items to choose from - chicken, fish, etc. DH doesn't like fish and had more than one entree to choose from.
