Dine with an Imagineer ADR sixty days out?

After reading princessheather's mom thread about lunch with an Imagineer, I thought it would be very cool gift for DH birthday. The only problem is it's 11/9...nothing open that day or week. Has anyone got an ADR less than 60 days out?

There's only 10-12 guests at the lunch. I would guess you would need to keep checking, and see if you can snag a cancellation.
