Digital scrappers...what software do you use?

I just discovered this board, and was just wondering what software do you use for your scrapbook? I am on a Mac but have a PC as well, and I have Photoshop CS3 but I have also seen scrapbooking software out there.

Photoshop is the best for digital scrapping.

I use Photoshop CS3 to enhance my pictures but I still prefer using Photoshop Elements 3.0 to digiscrap.
