Digital scrapbook help? Dolly? Kellybell? Natalie?

I just purchased the SBC+ and I love it so far! I found a thread on here of printable scrapbooking pages and I would love to use some of them but I can't figure out how to put my own pics into the frames? I think maybe I downloaded/saved them wrong? I saved them under my pictures and added them to my SBC+ but they are under the photos tab. I can insert them and use them as a background, but how do you insert pics into the frames? I have been playing with the whole layering aspect and have figured out how to do it with other templates but cannot figure it out for the ones saved from that thread

I addressed Dolly, Kellybell and Natalie because I remember their designs being on that thread so I hope someone can help! By the way the designs are wonderful and I really hope I can use some of them!

If you insert it as the background you cannot put the picture behind it, nothing can go behind the background. I usually add it as a picture or an element and then resize it to be the whole page. Then I add the photo and resize and position it. Once it is where I want it I move it (the photo)to the back.

Check out Mousescrappers.com. A lot of people there use SBC+ and there are threads with tips, advice, etc.
