Digital Camcorder Question

Hey Everyone!
I do not know the first thing about digital camcorders. For some reason, i never took that step.. Well, now I found a reason to get one (our disney trip in May).

Anyone here have any suggestions for a good digicamcorder? I found this one at Circuit City and the reviews seem to be great for it: Sony DIgiCamcorder

Any Comments, Suggestions, or Panics?

and I see its going for a great price now! Its a little more expensive, but it records in surround sound! We have surround sound set up at home, and our videos at disney feel like youre there!

And used it during our trip to WDW last week. It was great. The size (very small) is very critical, so you don't feel like it is a burden to shlep it along, at all. The quality is excellent.

U guys have some cool lookin cameras! its a little above my price range but do you guys feel that its worth it? I really do not even know if i will use it that much (that may change). Although, surround sound does sound quite appetizing.
