Difficulty cashing in at Milesource??

Hi,
As of this evening I have 3547 AwardMiles. I have tried to cash in since for a SuperCert since reaching 3500 AwardMiles but everytime I hit "continue" on the cash-in page it brings me back to the homepage of Milesource. Has anyone had a problem like this before? I have cashed in previous to this and have not had this problem.
I am wondering if my AwardMile total is not "official" at Milesource yet and that is why I can't cash in yet???
