Different tour ideas?

I'm looking for some kind of tour/activity to surprise my DH with when we go in August. In the past we have done the Segway tour around Epcot before it was open which was amazing. I've read about the Exotic Driving Experience. Any one have any different ideas for fun things to do? I'm going to splurge, so it won't have to be budget friendly at this point.

Take a look at the Wild Africa Trek at AK. You are actually on the savannah, walk over suspension bridges, close to the animals and have lunch on the savannah. Something really different.

We are leaving for our Honeymoon in 52 days and have booked the Wild Africa Trek and Around the World Segway Tour. We are very excited!!!

We've done the Segway tour in Epcot and Keys to the Kingdom in MK. Both were wonderful. Keys to the Kingdom has a guided tour, some back entrances to a few rides, and a lunch. It ended with a walk under mainstreet.
