Different snack credits for different resorts?

I am planning a trip back and I ran across something rather strange last year with using the snack credits a different resorts.

I was staying at AKL and using snack credits for breakfast - there I was able to use my snack credits for what were the breakfast sides (bacon and hash brown potatoes) but when I checked into POP and had the same type of dining plan, I was informed that I couldn't use snack credits for breakfast sides.

I was wondering if anyone has been able to use snack credits for breakfast sides at the French Quarter.

What you might be able to use snack credits for is totally up to the specific restaurant or shop where you are attempting to use them. There is no across-the-board policy.

I used a snack credit to purchase a side order of sausages for breakfast about 2 years ago at POFQ. I was also allowed to redeem a snack credit for a side order of bacon.
