October 12 & 13th.

We are planning on visiting MK on the 12th which is an EMH and MGM on the 13th. I keep reading tips that you should visit another park on EMH because the crowd level is significantly higher? Will this be a problem in October? We are traveling to Florida on the 7th so we are flexible on our dates to visit WDW should I reschedule around EMH hours? I was planning a break in the early afternoon around 1pm to head back to the POP for a pool/nap break for a couple of hours and return to MK for 5pm PS at Crystal Palace. Any suggestions? :sunny:

Avoid MK's Extra Magic Evening like the plague. Definitely plan to visit AK's Extra Magic Evening. All others are (in my opinion) optional.

Magic Kingdom is truly a nightmare during EMEvening. October might not be so bad, but relatively speaking it's still going to show queues as busy as any you'd see during the day. I'm not sure if this might be the case, but I suspect it could be worse since the hours are shorter and more on-site guests might want to take advantage of the later hours with EME. I'd keep an eye on the boards as you get closer to the date and see how things are shaping up.
