Different credit cards/MBs

9 of us will be staying on one reservation in a grand villa. 3 groups, each paying our own way: my parents, my sister’s family and my family.

It is possible to assign different cards to our MBs at the front desk, correct? I’ve seen this mentioned before but we haven’t done it. In the past we’ve just used one card for the room, and settled up after the fact, but I’d prefer to be able to assign different cards to different people if possible.
