diff between quick/cas & premium vouchers?

I thought there was only one type of voucher in which I was debating over purchasing, now there seems to be two different types of vouchers that I have heard about:

premium vouchers and quick & casual vouchers.

Can anyone explain the difference and any detailed information on each? If you have used either of them and would you do it again?

There are actually 3 kinds that I know of, Quick and Casual (counter service & Beaches and Cream) Vacation Kingdom Lunch (sit down restaurants, but only during lunch- with the exception of Rainforest Café in Animal Kingdom where it can be used for lunch and dinner) and Breakfast Vouchers.
