Dietary restrictions at Highway in the Sky

Instead of hijacking an existing thread on the Highway in the Sky Dine-Around with my question, I figured I'd just start a new one. Does anybody have any experience with special requests for this event? How does it work for vegetarians and such? I would love to do this, but my wife's diet is a bit more complex, so I'm trying to figure out if it's worth it or even doable for us.

We did this in February as vegetarians and didn't have any problem. I believed they called ahead to find out what our restrictions were. They had all the information at every restaurant we visited. Those of us with dietary requests just got a different colored lanyard for the evening.

Great to hear. So you still enjoyed it and found the experience worthwhile? It seems so much fun, and I know I'd love it, but I want to make sure my wife is happy!

We did enjoy it. I'm not sure it's something we would do again, but definitely glad we did. It was a really fun and memorable night. All the food was lovely. Have so much fun!
