Day 7- started off @ AK with my one son doing the marathon to EE to grab FF. We did that ride 3 X and the Kilimanjari safari without much wait. We ate hot dogs at a food cart which were very good. We sat in an area that overlooked the Tree of Life and ducks were everywhere with babies and gladly ate out of your hand. Went mini golfing at the Winter Wonderland golf course and save 50% using my AP. Again, the bussing was awful. We waited at least 30 min. for a bus to go back to our hotel.
When returning to the BCR, we went swimming and then got ready for our ADR's at the Cape May Cafe. It was very good. Alot of food to choose from. My oldest son ate mussels for the first time and loved them. This is the first day I think I really felt uncomfortable from eating too much. We saved 20% using DDE. We all watched Illuminations that evening. Had somewhat of a good view but a pole was obstructing our view somewhat.

Day8-We did Epcot this day and rode TT 2X, Mission Space(I did the mild one), Universe of Energy, Soarin and Living with the Land. Someone had left 6 FP in the machine at the Living with the Land ride, so we used them right after we had used our FP for Soarin. We also spent some time in Innoventions. My husband and boys enjoyed drinking all the different soft drinks from the countries. Some were absolutely awful. My husband bribed my one son to drink a whole cup of the bitter tasting one for $5. He did it and we have it all on film.
We ate at the Coral Reef for lunch. My youngest ordered the soft drink with the glow-in-the-dark ice cube. Didn't realize it was $6.29 and thought I read it as $3.99. Oh well, he has another souvenir. My youngest had pizza, I had the NY strip steak, my husband and oldest son had Mahi Mahi and lobster soup and my middle son had the shrimp special. We all shared the calamari rings. All was good but the portions were very small. Two of us had dessert too-the Diver dessert and lava cake. Saved 20% using DDE.
The kids all went back to swim again. My husband and youngest son stayed back at the hotel to relax while my two older sons and I decided to walk to MGM to watch Fantasmic. As we were walking and approached the area behind the BW pool, we saw an ambulance fly up along our pathway and stop. I felt uncomfortable standing there and watching but was curious to see what was going on. I was afraid the incident involved a child since it was right by the kiddie pool. After a while, they wheeled out an older man and was giving him CPR. They continued to work on him even in the ambulance. I pray that everything was o.k. and just kept thinking that was probably someone's dad or grandpop. I never found out the outcome. Anyone know anything?
We continued on to MGM and got to Fantasmic about 30 min. before it started. We were all the way down on the left section but still had a great view. We left about 1 minute before we knew it would end so we wouldn't get caught up in the congestion of thousands of people. We were able to walk right on T of T twice and Rock-n-rollercoaster once before they closed the park.
Last two days...rain....
