Didn't know where to post this....FL Tours...FYI

Just got back from Disney today, with no help whatsoever from Fl Tours. I made a reservation with them several weeks ago, confirmed this reservation over the phone with them. Today, when they were supposed to pick me up at AKL....NO SHOW!! I called them when the car was about 10 minutes late. They said they would call me back...which they did in about 5 minutes...and get this...the reason they didn't show is that the driver had shown up at 4:00 AM, not at 6:15 AM, the time listed on my reservation, and the time I confirmed with them on a follow up phone call. Their attitude was quite unfriendly as they told me "the driver said it was a 4:00 AM pickup"!!! I asked what my reservation stated and he said it didn't matter, that is what his driver told him!!! Well anyway, needless to say I will never use them again. Just wanted to give everyone who used them a heads up to make sure that they know what time to get you and hope that their drivers agree!

Thanks, and try posting this on the transportation board also, they eat this stuff up over there.

Of course, it's sponsered by FLTours, so who knows if they'll leave it up.

Sorry you had such a rough time with them. Wonder why they wouldn't look at your reservation instead of only listening to the driver. Glad you were able to get home okay though.

WE had the same problem when we got off the ship 3 weeks ago. In fact there was another family there waiting as well. I even reconfirmed before we left on the cruise and had it in writing. I contacted them via email to complain when I got back and they offered me a discount for the next trip. The excuse was a miscommunication. We have also decided not to use them again.

I'm sorry to hear this, FL Tours has always been prompt and courteous for me. Very disappointing.
