Good point. I'd forgotten about those limits.Could be a blackout date or Concierge.
When is the cruise you booked? This September? How do you know which one is a blackout date? It's in September, so not during holidays or anything. And it's an interior room, so no concierge.

Hmmm... don't know the block out dates for the "new" itineraries. Except for one on the Wonder in May. Unless DCL has come up with a new list of block out dates. No, September 2017.
The only list I know about is here:Where can I find the blackout dates?
There are never black out dates in September. I don't recall any cruises having black out dates on the new release.

But that only goes through Apr 2017. Don't know if there's a new list yet.
Well there's one on the new releases (from http://disneycruiselineblog.com/201...ounces-summer-2017-itineraries-may-september/ )There are never black out dates in September. I don't recall any cruises having black out dates on the new release.
I followed the bookings all day on the pricing thread no cruises were blocked out. There's none listed on the Disney cruise line blog either. In the past they have blocked out cruises on 4th of July and special sailings like the British Isles, but definitely not September. September is slow month when they generally have to offer last minute discounts to fill up the ships. I would call and see what happened. Thanks! Don't see any Septembers there!
I missed that one. The price of that cruise is crazy for 2 nights.Well there's one on the new releases (from http://disneycruiselineblog.com/201...ounces-summer-2017-itineraries-may-september/ )
May 12, 2017 2 night Baja cruise on the Wonder.
Did you book online or with a CM? I thought to transfer an OBB discount you have to call to have this done, you can't do it online.Booked our cruise, from the OB placeholder and just realized that we didn't get the 10% discount off of the price. I tried to call DCL, but they are closed. I will try to call tomorrow, but has this happened to anyone else?

Another question: Is it possible that the September 2017 date you booked was beyond the 2 year limit from the date you originally made the OBB placeholder? And as Club Disney Chandler stated, I'm pretty sure that to convert an OBB placeholder to a specific cruise date, you do need to call DCL directly. Otherwise it is a new booking.
