Yeah, definitely don't want to derail, but I will never do CIO.
Ok, different styles for different folks. Total big fan of the CIO for me. Take care

takes a lot of time and effort at the gym to look like that. I know. And I flat out do not have it....not if my kids are priority one, which they are.
agree with you.
But now I have to rescind your job offer.
Again, 30 minutes a day of jogging in place is not going to get you that gym body unless you already were predisposed to it.Do people really not have atleast 30 minutes a day to do something for them selves?
Are you saying that those that do make the time don't prioritize their kids?
I'm not even going to touch the not letting baby sleep by herself or cry issue.
HOw about me, I don't care about holding her while she cries as long as I don't have to do it all the time. I love holding babies. I am in grandma mode, too bad my oldest is only 14. lol
Need to get to nursery duty in church to get my baby fix.
I would call her someone who wants to live a long and healthy life.![]()

Uh yeah. . really sometimes they don't. I can't speak for anybody else, but up until I hurt my back my schedule pretty much looked like this:
5am get up, make lunches, do some laundry and get ready for work
630am work
730ish pm normally get home, make dinner, make sure homework is done and notes are signed, put the clothes in the dryer, etc
900 pm shower
930 pm make sure everyone is headed to bed and things are ready to go for tomorrow. . .check calendar!
10pm fall asleep on the couch in exhaustion
repeat M-Sat, hope we don't run out of milk or bread before Sunday and pray for death. Jk about that last part. . .uh. . .I think.

I am so sick of people judging just because of how I look. So here it is ME in the khol's dressing room a few weeks ago. I am 26 5'5 210 pounds and i wear a size 14 large top.
If someone doesn't like you because of your outsides you don't need them in your life.
As long as i can live with my self i am happy.
Yes i know being over weight isn't healthy, or good for my body but i don't need someone to remind me every single day.I am working on getting to a "healthy" weight and one day i might be there.
A teacher once told me "people that make fun of others have such low self esteem they need to pick on others to make them self's feel better"
So judge away........![]()
I think you have just inspired me. I was over weight and then had a hysterectomy last Dec. OMG, what that surgery can do to you. But I refuse to use it as an excuse, I will get on that treadmill and start, after all I have a cruise in 8 months.
I love my treadmill too. Use it when I can. Get the right shoes! Your knees will thank you for it.
That is the spirit!! Start slow and work yourself up. You can do it!!
Great advice...your shoes are important for both your knees and your feet. I had blisters for months when I first started walking. I guess my feet had to toughen up due to the friction. And don't forget to ice your knees after you walk or run....that helps a lot too!
Oh, come on....get on the treadmill at 10:00 to 10:45! You can do it! Prioritize!![]()
Run for 30 minutes at 9pm and push the shower back to 9:30

I agree that it's normal to have curves, but that doesn't mean you have to be a size 14. I'm a size 4 with curves, and I like to think I'm representative of the average woman.
