Did you say nose picker or nose peeker? Our April 2021 trip! Update 8/19** complete!

We had never rode the Skyliner over there. It is a nice ride over the lake.
That sounds nice. Better than over a parking lot.
We started walking around the Finding Nemo section and bumped into KariLynn. She was heading back to her room.
Oh! Small "world". :)
Andi and I headed over to the Cars section next. I love this area. It feels like you are really in Radiator Springs.
I've never been over to AoA. Maybe I need to pay a little visit. :)
Later in the day, we found out that several gondolas crashed into each other at Hollywood studios.
Yeah... bit of a "whoops" there. A bit unnerving when it happens when you're there.
I am so glad we were not stuck on the Skyliner for hours!
Right???
I wonder if they've developed faster ways of getting people down, now?
Our group was called for Rise around 1pm.
Yay!
The preshow was down
Well, poop. I thought it was a Covid thing too, until you posted this:
however, Ariana let me know this was not normal and the preshow does still happen.
Was surprised.
We did see less compliance here than at the parks. It really didn’t bother me. I think passing by people quickly is hardly risky, plus we are vaccinated.
I think you're safe. :)
We asked to sit on the balcony at WBG except when we got out there it was so hot and the sun was beating down on our table. We did move indoors
Florida heat ain't no laughing matter!
I had heard great things about the wine slushies.
Me too! I'd love to try one.
Andi’s was the clear winner. I would do the Dolewhip drink next time!
Thanks for the tip.

Gotta wedge that straw around the mask(s).
We split the Mac and cheese balls and the burrata. Both of these dishes are so delicious.
Sound good!
Deep Fried Mac and cheese fritters or us less classy say balls:rotfl:
We did go into Sprinkles and bought 2 cupcakes. A red velvet and strawberry.
664DB2AF-3110-490C-965F-7747FF7D8412.jpeg
umm....

That looks... a bit... naughty.

:rolleyes1
There was a man playing a guitar and singing. It was really nice.
That sounds really nice. Nice way to sit and relax. :)
We then went up to the room to finish our drinks and put on our Detective 🕵️‍♀️ badges. We had to find this stupid beeping noise.
Finally!!!
Well, we figured out it was the fire alarm. It was above the digital thermostat and does not look like a traditional fire alarm.
Really? That's weird. I mean... yeah, if it needed batteries, I get it, but... not at a hotel.
First the CM could not understand what I was talking about. She kept saying do you need batteries for the alarm? Finally she said she would contact maintenance and they would call me back. Well about an hour later they called and again said they would bring us some batteries :confused3

I explained again no batteries please just stop the incessant beeping. Two maintenance men came up to the room and both knew what I was talking about as soon as I said beeping in the alarm. They talked to each other for a minute and we did get the gist that this has been happening and they thought all the alarms had been fixed but of course this was not true. So guess what the fix was, packing tape applied over the alarm. Andi and I thought this was so funny. We started our saying, Disney’s cheap fixes during a pandemic, to save money, lol 😆 You know what, the clear packing tape worked and the beeping was muffled enough we did not hear it anymore. Thank goodness.
:sad2:
And yet... I can totally relate. My experience wasn't that different.
It’s not to early to wait for a drink at 10:30am is it?
Nope!
Exactly, I don’t nderstand why he didn’t want to do this, :rotfl2:
RIP GMR, I love you ❤ too much?
Awww...
I know I'm going to miss it, too.
haha Andi was yelling at me, I really think I did pretty good. i did “bump” into a few things here and there
Well, I’m not even looking at him so most likely not me.
This is the way
:rotfl:

Today is Hollywood Studios Day, I was up early again around 5:30am, hearing the faint beeping. I was trying to figure out where it was coming from. I had no idea 🤷‍♀️ I got up and started to get ready.

Sooo annoying! I read ahead so know you finally figured it out, but that would drive me nuts!

I did like the way the train broke apart and you experienced different parts of the ride. I would not wait more than 15-20 minutes for it.

Totally agree, glad I got on it once, but I wouldn't wait very long to go on again.

We were pilots and it was so much more fun than the other positions. I was not the best pilot, Andi sent a picture to Jack saying mom is crashing the Falcon.

:rotfl:My mom did the same thing. She couldn't remember that she had to pull to go up and push to go down so never went the right way!

I was excited to find the PhotoPass for Grogu, it was so fun and the CM was really good. I wish Andi would have removed her mask, oh well, still a fun picture.

So awesome! Where did you find this? I looked and couldn't find it!

We decided to ride TSM again after SDD and then it was time to get our mobile order. The area is roped off and you can’t sit at the lunchbox unless you have a reservation.

Ohhhh, that is so smart of them! I wish they would do that everywhere!

It was only around 9:15am, we had done 3 rides and the park had just opened. We decided to do SDD, the line was not that long and we knew it would just get longer as the morning went on. We waited about 35 minutes, the wait was posted at 60 minutes. I love this rollercoaster it is definitely my speed.
I always love SDD!
ToT was down, boo 😒 and everything else had really long waits. We decided to ride the Skyliner to pass some time. Stay tuned for Skyliner cruisin, coming up very soon!
Next post Do Skyyliner’s crash, um I guess so, yikes!!!
The Skyliner is such fun!
We took the Skyliner for a ride to CBR and transferred to the POP line. The hub area at CBR was very busy, the line for the Epcot route was huge. We decided to head towards the Pop/AOA line. We were the only ones in that line, yay! We had never rode the Skyliner over there. It is a nice ride over the lake.
Oooh, if I was going to Pop I would have to stop in for the Oatmeal lace cookie. I wonder if they still have it? One of my favourites from my December '19 trip!
We returned to HS and stopped in the Trolley Cafe. Andi had a cold brew and I had a refresher. We went to sit by the Indiana Jones area to drink our beverages. A cavalcade started going by and we hurried over to see a few characters, I couldn’t get the best pictures. We did see Sully, Buzz, Woody, Jess, and Edna Mode. It was really cute. I loved the music and the characters were having a good time. We went back to finish our drinks by Gertie.
I love the cavalcades!
Our group was called for Rise around 1pm. The preshow was down so we were escorted to the part with the stormtroopers and on to the ride. This made the wait very quick, and we were off the ride by 1:30pm. At first, Andi and I thought this was the way the ride was now in COVID-19 times, however, Ariana let me know this was not normal and the preshow does still happen. I was happy to hear that since the preshow is such an important part of the ride. We did get to see a little bit of a back stage area. This is always fun for us Disney addicts.
I am looking forward to riding RotR when I make it back to the parks.
We asked to sit on the balcony at WBG except when we got out there it was so hot and the sun was beating down on our table. We did move indoors, we were seated in the upstairs room close to the bar. It was a nice spot. I had heard great things about the wine slushies. Andi had the Dolewhip frozen drink and I had the Frose with rose wine and vodka, both were good, Andi’s was the clear winner. I would do the Dolewhip drink next time!
I need to try that Dole Whip drink!
I explained again no batteries please just stop the incessant beeping. Two maintenance men came up to the room and both knew what I was talking about as soon as I said beeping in the alarm. We started our saying, Disney’s cheap fixes during a pandemic, to save money, lol 😆 You know what, the clear packing tape worked and the beeping was muffled enough we did not hear it anymore. Thank goodness. We watched some mindless TV and enjoyed our cupcakes. I had the strawberry and it was so delicious 😋 Andi enjoyed the red velvet one. Another day in the books 📚 Stay tuned for our next day’s adventures, coming up soon.
Glad you got that sorted out!
It’s not to early to wait for a drink at 10:30am is it?
Not on vacation!

Andi and I headed over to the Cars section next. I love this area.
This section is so cool! If we ever stay in a suite I would definitely do a Cars one
We split the Mac and cheese balls and the burrata. Both of these dishes are so delicious. I also had the meatballs with the polenta. Yummy. The meatballs were so good.
OMG I've had that burrata and it's heavenly :cloud9: I think the only burrata on property I thought was better is Flying Fish!

Sounds like a great night at Epcot, especially meeting up with DIS friends!

I'm glad it was a nice day at DHS, and that you didn't get stuck on the skyliner!

Thank goodness you figured out the beeping situation!

I still haven't figured out the notification system on here, so I am catching up! An Epcot late start sounds so wonderful, I would love all the parks to be open 11AM-11PM, that is much more my speed! The beeping sounds terrible, I'm a light sleeper and that would just drive me nuts! Fun that Andi had her first adult beverage in Epcot! We landed in the late evening on my 21st birthday, so my first adult beverage was one of those cheapie bottles of wine from the Pop food court

I love that Mickey and Minnie topiary, I don't think I've seen that one before. I tried the avocado margarita at La Cava during my last trip, I thought it was very creamy and subtle but definitely didn't taste like avocado at all (thankfully, I think?)! So fun that you got to be pilots on Smugglers. Seeing you in masks on Slinky, I'd be so paranoid about losing my mask!

I am with Andi on wishing I was stuck on a skyliner, I think guests got some pretty good comp for it when they were stalled right after the grand opening! But I always make sure to use the restroom before getting on for that reason :hyper: Those drinks at WBG look so delicious, the food too! Glad they figured out the beeping!

That sounds nice. Better than
It is fun flying over the lake in the gondola
Oh! Small "world".
It was so funny how we ran into her twice!
I've never been over to AoA. Maybe I need to pay a little visit
I think it is a fun resort to check out. Great for photos and so Disney. I would take a Skyliner ride over to it the next time you visit
Yeah... bit of a "whoops" there. A bit unnerving when it happens when you're there.
It was surprising to see the crashed gondolas 🚠 right where we had just been!
Right???
I wonder if they've developed faster ways of getting people down, now?
I hope so, sitting up there for hours would not be good
Well, poop. I thought it was a Covid thing too, until you posted t
I did too since so many preshows are not happening
Gotta wedge that straw around the mask(s).
I know, it doesn’t even look like her with the masks and hat, lol
That looks... a bit... naughty.
I know, we have noticed this and do get a laugh at it
That sounds really nice. Nice way to sit and relax.
The music was really nice a fun area to hang out
Really? That's weird. I mean... yeah, if it needed batteries, I get it, but... not at a hotel.
I know, why would you just give a few batteries to your guests, :confused3
Sooo annoying! I read ahead so know you finally figured it out, but that would drive me nuts!
It was so annoying. I’m so glad the tape hack worked
Totally agree, glad I got on it once, but I wouldn't wait very long to go on again.
RIP GMR, Railway is cute but not nostalgic like GMR
My mom did the same thing. She couldn't remember that she had to pull to go up and push to go down so never went the right way!
I did hit a few things, still really fun compared to the boring engineer position
So awesome! Where did you find this? I looked and couldn't find it!
It was right before getting to TSL on the right hand side against a wall.
Ohhhh, that is so smart of them! I wish they would do that everywhere!
I liked this, it made getting a table so much easier.

I always love SDD!
I really love this coaster, just my speed
The Skyliner is such fun!
It really is an attraction. Love when it keeps moving and doesn’t crash!
Oooh, if I was going to Pop I would have to stop in for the Oatmeal lace cookie. I wonder if they still have it? One of my favourites from my December '19 trip!
That cookie sounds yummy. I love oatmeal cookies
I love the cavalcades!
I thought these were such a nice addition to the atmosphere especially since the live shows were nonexistent
I am looking forward to riding RotR when I make it back to the parks.
It is such a fun ride, I love it!
I need to try that Dole Whip drink!
I did have drink envy that night
This section is so cool! If we ever stay in a suite I would definitely do a Cars one
I don’t even like racing or cars much but this area is my favorite!
OMG I've had that burrata and it's heavenly :cloud9: I think the only burrata on property I thought was better is Flying Fish!
I could eat hat 3-4x a week, so yummy
Sounds like a great night at Epcot, especially meeting up with DIS friends!
It really was A nice evening to meet up with friends!
I'm glad it was a nice day at DHS, and that you didn't get stuck on the skyliner!
I’m so glad we didn’t get stuck up there for hours. I love riding it as long as it keeps mov
Thank goodness you figured out the beeping situation!
It was so weird, new fancy fire alarms go figure, they couldn’t stop the problem other than tape :rotfl2:
An Epcot late start sounds so wonderful, I would love all the parks to be open 11AM-11PM, that is much more my speed! The beeping sounds terrible, I'm a light sleeper and that would just drive me nuts!
I would love those hours! The beeping was very annoying
I love that Mickey and Minnie topiary, I don't think I've seen that one before. I tried the avocado margarita at La Cava during my last trip, I thought it was very creamy and subtle but definitely didn't taste like avocado at all (thankfully, I think?)!
The creaminess was a strange texture to me, probably related to the avocados
I am with Andi on wishing I was stuck on a skyliner, I think guests got some pretty good comp for it when they were stalled right after the grand opening! But I always make sure to use the restroom before getting on for that reason
Andi always says lets fall over or say we got run over by the golf carts to get Disney for life:rotfl:
So fun that you got to be pilots on Smugglers. Seeing you in masks on Slinky, I'd be so paranoid about losing my mask!
I loved being a pilot, it really changed my mind about this ride!
Haha I wonder hw many masks 😷 are found at the bottom of the ride!

It’s not to early to wait for a drink at 10:30am is it?

4/23/21

Today was AK day, yay! We both love this park so much.

The park opened at 8am and we were on a bus at 7:35am.
709888D7-F049-42D5-873A-A23A582E94A2.jpeg
We went directly to FOP, basically a walk on, only waited as long as the walk was. This was our first time in the stand by line. I enjoyed walking through this queue. I finally saw the Avatar in the big tank, very cool 😎 The 2nd portion of the pre show still happens. So the umm doctor is cut way back, can’t say I missed him. Lol 😆 They seated us with maybe 2 other guests in one of the 2 rooms. We were several “banshees” away from them. I love this ride, it is so exciting. Wow, I missed this ride. It was so fun. The line does build fairly fast, I recommend doing this right away or later in the evening.
Next, we headed to Dinosaur, this was a walk on and we were able to go get that dinosaur 🦖 x 2, We absolutely love this ride. I know there are haters out there but not us. This ride is full of memories for us.
F7712274-17FC-4916-B2F9-A7E8A0CA6006.jpeg

Everest was a walk on as we walked by. Andi decided to skip Everest this am. We headed to the Safari. The line started at the Tusker House and the sign said 40 minutes. We waited less than 20. The line continually moved.
This was a good Safari. We sat in the last row of the truck and had a great side and back view. This was the first time we sat back there. It is even more bumpy back there but you do see more. We got to see the baby rhino 🦏 He was very cute but moving around so much, I had a hard time getting a decent picture.

BE6FCD61-48BE-4487-92FC-9157369A281C.jpeg
We walked the trails next. We did get to see the baby gorilla Grace with her mom. I could not get a decent picture with all the people around. It was fun to see her. She was born around the time we had our Epic trip. Her mom still carries her and takes such good care of her. Look at the gorilla with the blanket, how adorable is that!
B187808A-ACD5-4E5D-BC44-D1FB1AF80D81.jpeg
We made our way back towards the front of the park and browsed the gift shops. Andi bought a sweatshirt and I bought a lightweight sweatshirt. I always find something I like in AK. We had a plan to line up for Nomad Lounge around 10:30. I’m glad we did because there were already 2 groups ahead of us.
The lounge is one of our favorite places to chill. We waited about 10 minutes once it hit 11am to be seated outside. The line is no joke here, my best advice is get there early! You can also join the virtual walk up list. I heard the hostess telling people walking up that it was already 60-75 minute wait for outside seating.
We had a 2 topper right next to the water. This is such a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a drink and small plates. We saw all the cavalcades go by. I really enjoyed this.

3DBE4B10-5CD0-4E68-8D75-C640D8D080E6.jpeg
It was the best way to see so many fun characters. It also was the only park we saw so many.
I had the leaping lizard to drink, and Andi had the tempting tigress.
819EE9B1-71F4-402C-AE4C-9AD37E89593E.jpeg
Andi ordered the Impossible sliders and I ordered the beef sliders. The Impossible ones were better, the beef sliders were slightly overcooked and dry, boo! The yucca fries were really tasty.
F4913F34-C78A-4601-9AC1-100C61DAFD56.jpeg
I really enjoyed my drink and Andi liked hers. We both thought mine was the better of the two. Have I told you how delicious the churros are here? I think I have mentioned it like 100 times in my past reports, lol! These are so delicious and did not disappoint. They are house made and gluten free.
63716E88-2AD3-4874-9698-72AA922551F5.jpeg
Crunchy on the outside and fluffy inside. The two sauces, a vanilla and spicy strawberry one are so yummy. I think dipping in both at the same time is the best. We were full, relaxed and ready to go back to the resort. We lounged around and took a nap. Our plan was to head back to AK for the evening. Stay tuned for a fun evening.

I think it is a fun resort to check out. Great for photos and so Disney. I would take a Skyliner ride over to it the next time you visit
Good idea. :)
It was surprising to see the crashed gondolas 🚠 right where we had just been!
I bet!! :scared:
I know, we have noticed this and do get a laugh at it
I know, why would you just give a few batteries to your guests, :confused3
"Excuse me! I have a huge problem with my room!"
"I'm sorry to hear that. Here. Have some free batteries."

We went directly to FOP, basically a walk on,
:sad2:
I've never seen a line less than 90 minutes...
This was our first time in the stand by line. I enjoyed walking through this queue. I finally saw the Avatar in the big tank, very cool 😎
I've never. Never done the standby line. Only FP.
the umm doctor is cut way back, can’t say I missed him. Lol 😆
 Good bye and good riddance!
I love this ride, it is so exciting. Wow, I missed this ride. It was so fun.
::yes::
Everest was a walk on as we walked by.
Still! Whoa!
We headed to the Safari. The line started at the Tusker House and the sign said 40 minutes. We waited less than 20.
That's not bad at all!
We did get to see the baby gorilla Grace with her mom.
Aww... :)
Look at the gorilla with the blanket, how adorable is that!
I've seen that! I think that's a permanent fixture with that one. :)
The lounge is one of our favorite places to chill. We waited about 10 minutes once it hit 11am to be seated outside. The line is no joke here, my best advice is get there early! Thanks for the tip! That really surprises me.
Andi ordered the Impossible sliders and I ordered the beef sliders. The Impossible ones were better, the beef sliders were slightly overcooked and dry, boo!
Huh! Well... I guess if you overcook them...
Have I told you how delicious the churros are here? I think I have mentioned it like 100 times in my past reports, lol!
 I'll have to try and remember that. :)

Today was AK day, yay! We both love this park so much.

Nothing better than an AK day!

She was born around the time we had our Epic trip. Her mom still carries her and takes such good care of her. Look at the gorilla with the blanket, how adorable is that!
Baby Grace is the cutest! I love watching the gorillas. They are fascinating. :)

Nomads has my whole heart.......probably one of my favourite spots on property. My drink of choice is the Spice Trader Classic and I always have to order the Tiffins bread service. I need to try those churros!
I really enjoyed my drink and Andi liked hers. We both thought mine was the better of the two. Have I told you how delicious the churros are here? I think I have mentioned it like 100 times in my past reports, lol! These are so delicious and did not disappoint. They are house made and gluten free.
Definitely putting those churros on my list for August!

Yikes- so scary that you were on the Skyliner so soon before they crashed!

LOVE walking the line of Avatar and seeing the tank and lab. Though I wouldn't want to WAIT in those parts- walking thru is my kind of wait!

Looks like a bunch of Minnesotans chasing dinosaurs! (Don't know if there are other Gustavus colleges out there, though.)

I had A LOT of catching up to do, but here we go!

I love the park pass system, well, maybe just on Epcot days. We had a reservation for Epcot today. Epcot opens at 11:00 and it gives us time to sleep in.

Me too, esp for EPCOT. If I want to go for breakfast (coffee) I can and not lose park time. Love that!

I woke up in the middle of the night and could not figure out where I was. I also could hear this very soft beeping noise. It sounded like an alarm clock in the next room, however , it never stopped. Once you hear it, you can’t stop hearing it, ugh! It was only 5am when I noticed the noise.

The worst! Sorry you had that aggravation. I had one worse on my last trip which super sucked!

The only negative was there is nothing to put your legs on to shave. That was the only negative. I think there should be a ledge or small bench area.

OH yeah, that is a huge bummer. I wish they'd have tubs in the rooms. :( I like a nice hot bath after a park day.

I took my time and had a cup of cold brew with cream and lounged around.

Where did you get that!?!

We decided to head out around 9:45am, Lyft was how we traveled this morning.

I did that MOST mornings last few trips. The bus system is broken these days.

I was really hoping this would happen now that I told her mom knows best, lol!

Yes, mother always knows best.

We decided to ride LwtL next, this was a walk on, we got the front row, yay!

I'm so glad they took the plastic down now. I had the back row on my last couple of trips and you got horrible views with it. Just love that ride and do it every trip.

We got our one and only PhotoPass picture next. I can’t believe this was the only one in Epcot with Andi.
4A69BA10-2405-4643-A4A1-D7B82EA84A6E.jpeg

RAWR!!!

Mexico wasn’t to busy yet so we went inside and rode Gran Feista. I was surprised to see cardboard cut-outs of the three caballeros, this was weird especially for Disney. We laughed at it.
BA4CF30B-38D4-4A19-AC89-67CD9DB06F5F.jpeg

Happy they're back!! The cardboard cutouts were just... weird. Disney can (and should have) done better.

The Arancini was really good. I really enjoyed these. Crispy outside with a nice rice/sausage combination and the sauce was so light and full of flavor. 2 thumbs up 👍
D636A45B-95E8-4564-9B29-70AB23476F64.jpeg
Those were on my list, but one can only eat so much.
the frozen lemonade with the firefly blackberry moonshine.

Wasn't that divine?!

It was quiet and cool and the bathrooms were clean, big, and empty!

HUGE, BORING, and generally empty!!! :rolleyes1

We ran into Karilynn and Liesa at this booth. They were trying some treats. We talked for a few minutes and planned to meet up later.

We got a few meets in and it was just lovely!

I loved this area in front of the World Showplace.
CA2FD590-D39D-4061-97B6-31E41318AB52.jpeg

It's a perfect place for selfies- got a few myself. ;)

Really?!! With my sunglasses on. :sad2: What a dweeb.

Andi’s margarita was spicy, she enjoyed this.

Had that one. I wasn't a fan, as it really was too spicy. And I like spicy.

The black beans here are very tasty except you get way to much.

Same at San Angel. You get like a truckload.

Great shot of everyone!
Must say I'm disappointed with Liesa... No chunkydump? What the heck?
Ariana is decked out with her beloved Pluto, though. :)

I KNOW. Shameful, but worse, my sunglasses are on? Just... wow.

I haven't seen this yet. Live or in pictures. So is it basically just water flowing from the middle and then dropping off the sides?

I have to be honest, it's no Fountain of Nations. AT all. Rather small and dare I say, to me anyway, disappointing.

You will be surprised when you arrive, Epcot has changed so much along with the massive construction 🚧 still going on!

STILL!! Gosh I hope it's all D.O.N.E. by September!!!

I forgot all about the Chunkydump!! :rotfl2:

WE WILL make up for this in September/October.
It is funny how you think oh no problem i can meet up with everyone and in reality it ends up not always working out for all so this was Nice.

I was JUST talking about this with another DISFriend. Always such high hopes and great intentions, but it is pretty hard as schedules are tough to sync.

We went straight to M&M railway, this was a walk on. I thought it was cute but my heart still belongs to GMR.

I would not wait more than 15-20 minutes for it.

All of that!! ^^

We did get two canisters of coaxium sp??

You are a galactic hero! ;)

We decided to do SDD, the line was not that long and we knew it would just get longer as the morning went on. We waited about 35 minutes,
I'd wait that too, and yes, the line grows so long. So happy they put umbrellas up. I think for me it'd be MMRR, SDD, Sm Run, Tot, then fit the boarding group in whereever I could.

We decided to walk around AOA. We started walking around the Finding Nemo section and bumped into KariLynn. She was heading back to her room. They had been upgraded to a Nemo room. Liesa was AK at this time.

Oh, I remember that now. And yes, the last 2! times I stayed at AoA I have been "upgraded". Sort of.

Andi and I headed over to the Cars section next. I love this area. It feels like you are really in Radiator Springs. It was quiet over there and only a few people in the pool.

I adore this section. Absolutely LOVE It! They really did such a good job there.

Andi, with her warped thinking, 🤔 wished we would have been on it, to get something free from Disney. Haha 😂

:lmao:
We did see less compliance here than at the parks. It really didn’t bother me. I think passing by people quickly is hardly risky, plus we are vaccinated.

Preach!

We split the Mac and cheese balls and the burrata. Both of these dishes are so delicious. I also had the meatballs with the polenta. Yummy.

I've had all of those and concur!! So yummy! and my new favorite drink on property is there. Well, okay it's tied with first.

This was our first time in the stand by line.
It was surreal to go through stand by. I mean, who knew it'd take a pandemic to actually go standby! LOL!

So the umm doctor

:rotfl2:
She was born around the time we had our Epic trip. Her mom still carries her and takes such good care of her.

Yes, she was. She's gotten so big and still such a delight to see with Mama.

We had a 2 topper right next to the water. This is such a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a drink and small plates. We saw all the cavalcades go by. I really enjoyed this.

It's definitely a favorite place of mine too but haven't gotten to enjoy it the last couple of trips. THIS is where my favorite drink on property is- the Pisco Sour! :cloud9:

Excuse me! I have a huge problem with my room!"
"I'm sorry to hear that. Here. Have some free batteries."
:rotfl2: :sad2::ssst:
I've never seen a line less than 90 minutes...
It was so nice the wait was less than the FP line. We have waited over 20 minutes in FP
I've never. Never done the standby line. Only FP.
Well if the new Disney CEO has anything to say about it, you will be. It doesn’t sound like FP is coming back anytime soon.>:(
Still! Whoa!
Everest was a walk on the entire trip!
That's not bad at all!
The Safari was basically a walk on, it just took that long to walk from the starting point
I've seen that! I think that's a permanent fixture with that one.
I saw a video of it but had never seen him carrying or sitting with the blanket before.
Thanks for the tip! That really surprises me.
Nomad’s is no longer a secret, bummer for us. The wait builds very fast
Nothing better than an AK day
This is so true, we love it here!
That baby rhino is adorable. The safari is always a highlight of the day.
He was cute and on the go just like a little one
Baby Grace is the cutest! I love watching the gorillas. They are fascinating.
It is amazing how nurturing mom still is with her, much like a human!
Nomads has my whole heart.......probably one of my favourite spots on property. My drink of choice is the Spice Trader Classic and I always have to order the Tiffins bread service. I need to try those churros!
I may have to try that drink. How is the bread service? We haven’t had it for quite some time. It would be nice to have with a drink.
Definitely putting those churros on my list for August!
Yes these are a must, both you and @pkondz need to have these

Yikes- so scary that you were on the Skyliner so soon before they crashed!

LOVE walking the line of Avatar and seeing the tank and lab. Though I wouldn't want to WAIT in those parts- walking thru is my kind of wait!

Looks like a bunch of Minnesotans chasing dinosaurs! (Don't know if there are other Gustavus colleges out there, though.)
It was a little unnerving seeing the crash on the same day we took a ride just for fun! It was fun and glad we were not stuck on it forever
It is fun seeing some of these queues, we usually always have FP for most of the big attractions.
Wow, I didn’t even realize the two in the back. I don’t know if there is another Gustavus so most likely from Minnesota

You got to see lots of baby animals!!! Lucky!
We did have a really nice Safari with many animal sightings
Sounded like a nice and relaxing AK morning!
It really was a fun morning, wait until I talk about our evening, you might fall asleep, :faint:
Late to the party but joining in. It's so great to hear about vaccinated Disney travel! I'm so happy for you guys.
:welcome:, so happy to have you joining in. We did feel much better about the travel, dining, and park touring being vaccinated It made the trip less stressful
